Yes. For frameless glass balustrade projects, Stainless Design produces a complete glass cut-list from your site measurements or architectural drawings — each panel is sized for the specific bay width, height and rake angle (for stair sections). This service eliminates the risk of ordering standard-size panels that do not fit, and avoids the common USA contractor problem of over-ordering glass and discarding off-cuts. The cut-list identifies each panel position, overall dimensions, hole positions for spigot-fixed panels, corner treatments and edge finish. Custom-cut panels are manufactured to these dimensions in 10mm, 12mm or 16mm SGCC-certified glass, then crated for safe international shipping. Stainless Design's glass cut-list service is available for both residential and commercial USA projects at no additional charge on orders over 100 square feet of glass.

Stainless Design warrants all 316L stainless steel hardware against manufacturing defects and structural failure under correct installation and maintenance conditions for a period of 10 years from the date of shipment to the USA. SGCC-certified glass panels are warranted for 5 years against delamination (laminated glass), spontaneous fracture due to manufacturing defect, and loss of SGCC certification. The warranty does not cover: installation errors, exposure to incompatible chemicals (iron-containing cleaners, chloride-containing products applied directly to the steel), physical impact damage, or failure to maintain the minimum maintenance schedule provided in the installation guide. All warranty claims are processed directly by Stainless Design — no distributor intermediary. Replacement components are air-shipped at Stainless Design's cost for confirmed manufacturing-defect claims.
